1. Scope
These terms apply when you use modernengineer.dev, including the website, accounts, the REST API and MCP. The service is run by Thiệu Nguyễn as an individual, personal tax ID [tax ID].
2. Accounts
- You sign in with email or a linked account, and you keep that inbox secure.
- Each account is for one person. Do not share reading access or API keys with anyone else.
- I may suspend an account that breaks these terms and tell you by email [except in urgent cases].
3. Content and license
Articles, videos and file packs are copyright Thiệu Nguyễn unless an article states another license. You may read them, use the files in your own work and quote them with a link to the original. [The scope of copying, modification and commercial use needs confirmation.]
4. Subscriber access and paid packs
- Subscriber access is personal, lasts for the term of your plan and can be revoked if these terms are broken.
- Packs you bought can be downloaded again, updates included, [for as long as the service runs].

5. API and agents
API keys belong to your account and have reasonable call limits, described in the API docs. Do not use the API to bulk-copy or redistribute paid content.
6. Limitation of liability
